Fletcher Bright Realty

"After having my home listed for 6 months I decided to change realtor. We met Tara Rainy by chance and liked her. She did a great job and was very helpful and professional. She good ideas and implemented them. The results were good and I closed on the house. Thanks Fletcher Bright Realty for such a pleasant, inventive and hard working lady. Sharon Hilke and family"

"Tara Rainey, with Fletcher Bright Realty was phenomenal. We love our home and it was hard to part with it, but Tara had a perception of our home’s worth that that matched our own, and this made the journey so much easier and pleasant. I have never bought or sold a home, so I was overwhelmed with it. Along the way, I was reassured and amazed at the knowledge that Tara had at every turn. She was able to explain things so that I understood and never seemed to tire of my questions. She is gifted with an imagination for marketing and fervor for her clients that I imagine would be hard to rival. I’m sure that Fletcher Bright Realty is thankful to have her on board, and as a client, I truly feel blessed to have had Tara to guide us along the journey as we sold our beloved home."

"Can't say enough about Trace Walker from Fletcher Bright Realty! We purchased a property where he represented the SELLER side and demonstrated a commitment to customer service and just plain being a good guy than we had any right to expect. Here's how: AFTER the closing on a new townhome, weeks afer the deal was completely done, he got a group text message from me - along with my realtor Chase Buckner who's was also great - that my first real rental guests had NO hot water. In December. Temperature in the 20s or 30s. On a Saturday night. He responded that he was out to dinner with his wife but promised to stop by the unit afterwards to check and make sure it wasn't something simple to fix. (ended up being 9PM plus) It wasn't. So he arranged for the repair the next day. And largely as a result of his visit and obvious concern I got a 5 star review from MY tenant, so could do no less than pass one on to Trace as well. Highly recommend!"
